Sometime your website may get infected by virus or may get hacked which may result for injection of HTML : Iframe virus. Well, even if you check your php files and the source code from the browser you may not get any iframe embedded in your source code.
Solution for this problem is to get in touch with your webhosting service provider as they can remove the ‘iframe’ injected code from the files under the account.
Such code can be injected for your account due to following reasons :
1. mod_security disabled on the server.
2. the files were downloaded through ftp, code was injected and uploaded on the server again.
If files are ioncube encrypted then it’s not possible to verify if the files are still injected and affected hence its better to verify the files with the backup you have at your end also before removing the iframe from your site you should clean your pc first. scan it with an anti-virus. And then change FTP password, this is very important before removing iframe. If you don’t clean your pc and change your FTP account password it will keep coming back.
