CPU-Z is a freeware application which does not require any installation, you need to unzip the downloaded file to some folder and click on “cpuz.exe” file, you will get all required information about your server/PC.
Using this utility you can have detailed information about CPU such as its name and number, core stepping and process, package, core voltage, internatl and external clocks, cache information.
